On November 25th, the Hong Kong dollar interbank interest rates generally rose, and the one-month interbank interest rates related to mortgages rose for four consecutive days, reaching 2.81369%, an increase of 18.809 basis points.
On November 25, the Hong Kong dollar lending rate generally increased, with the one-month interbank lending rate related to property rising for four consecutive days to 2.81369%, an increase of 18.809 basis points. The three-month interbank lending rate, reflecting the cost of bank funds, was reported at 3.1431%, an increase of 5.947 basis points.
The overnight rate was 1.37107%, a decrease of 9.881 basis points. The one-week interbank lending rate increased by 26.5 basis points to 2.65798%, while the two-week rate increased by 16.262 basis points to 2.63393%. In terms of long-term rates, the six-month interbank lending rate increased by 4.91 basis points to 3.24595%, while the one-year rate increased by 1.566 basis points to 3.26018%.
