On the news front, according to the official WeChat account of ROBOSENSE, on November 24, ROBOSENSE announced a new partnership with Didi Autonomous Driving to develop a new generation of Robotaxi vehicles. ROBOSENSE will provide its industry-leading EM4 digital LiDAR with high resolution and E1 solid-state digital LiDAR for Didi's Robotaxi vehicles, achieving long-range precise recognition and close-range blind spot elimination for all-around perception support. It is reported that for the first time, a comprehensive solution of using 10 digital LiDARs in the "main LiDAR + blind spot LiDAR" configuration has been adopted, aiming to jointly develop the new benchmark model of autonomous driving with full-time and all-weather sustainable operation capability.
