Chi Sci&EDU IND(01756): Lin Zhixiang and Ma Yongyi have been appointed as Joint Company Secretaries of the company.

CHI SCI&EDU IND(01756) has announced that, effective from November 24, 2025, Mr. Zhang Qichang has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the company's agent for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Lam Chi Keung and Ms. Ma Wing Yi have been appointed as joint company secretaries. In addition, Ms. Ma Wing Yi has been appointed as the authorized representative and agent for legal process documents.
