OMH SCIENCE Group (300486.SZ) announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Alpha Luo Tech Capital Limited from New Zealand, Dayan Investment (Hainan) Co., Ltd., and Aobo (Shandong) Intelligent Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. based on the principles of voluntariness, equality, mutual benefit, and integrity. The project construction period is as follows: In the short term (1-2 years), during the initial construction phase of the park, the basic infrastructure and some core functional areas will be completed to achieve the basic operation of pharmaceutical cold chain storage and logistics. In the long term (3-5 years), upstream and downstream enterprises of the industrial chain will initially gather, forming a certain industrial scale and regional influence. The park will become a well-known pharmaceutical industry base at home and abroad, with the pharmaceutical cold chain storage and logistics, production, and research and development businesses fully mature. The industrial chain will be complete, establishing broad cooperation with countries and regions along the "Belt and Road Initiative," playing an important role in driving regional economic development. The first phase of the construction will begin in 2026, with a planned land area of 200 mu, including service centers, offices, research and development, supporting facilities, production packaging, cold storage shipping, goods inspection, logistics warehousing, quality management departments, and other functions. The area of the intelligent stereoscopic warehouse is approximately 105,800 square meters (approximately 310,000 storage spaces), with a budget of approximately 870 million yuan, planned to be put into use by the end of 2027. This agreement is only a cooperation framework agreement and serves as the basis for specific cooperation among the four parties.
