SKYFAME REALTY (00059) announced that on November 14, 2025, the Bermuda Court issued an order for the winding up of the company. Michael Penrose of EY Bermuda Limited, Suki Yip and Irene Lau of Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Services Limited, and Joel Edwards of EY Cayman Ltd. will continue to act as the joint provisional liquidators of the company, exercising the powers conferred by Section 175 of the Bermuda Companies Act 1981. Additionally, trading of the company's shares will remain suspended.
