Ningbo Energy Group (600982.SH) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Beilun Heat Supply Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beilun Heat Supply") will transfer 15% of its equity in Ningbo Lingfeng Comprehensive Energy Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lingfeng Energy") by public listing with a minimum price of 16,062,500 yuan.
