Keeson Technology Corporation (603610.SH) announced that, in order to implement the company's long-term development strategy, it is exploring the path of investing in ShenZhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering. The company aims to further integrate and utilize various advantageous resources, enhance its investment returns and asset operation capabilities through a specialized investment management team. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Linsheng Investment, plans to sign a partnership agreement with Hangzhou Dunjun Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("Hangzhou Dunjun Asset") to invest 99.90 million yuan of its own funds into Jiaxing Dunsheng Beibei Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (limited partnership), representing 99.90% of the total fund shares.
Jiaxing Dunsheng Beibei focuses on achieving good capital returns for investors through direct or indirect equity and equity-related investments. Dunsheng Beibei focuses on investing in enterprises or projects in smart healthcare, smart devices, data intelligence health services, and other enterprises or projects with investment value and potential returns.
