Xiaomi-W (01810) announced that the board of directors received notification from the company's founder, executive director, chairman, and CEO, Mr. Lei Jun (Mr. Lei), that on November 24, 2025, Mr. Lei purchased a total of 2.6 million shares of the company's B-class ordinary shares from the open market through his wholly-owned Team Guide Limited, at an average price of approximately HK$38.58 per share (the acquisition).
Following the acquisition, Mr. Lei holds a total of approximately 4.063 billion shares of A-class ordinary shares and 1.994 billion shares of B-class ordinary shares of the company, equivalent to approximately 23.26% of the total issued shares of the company as of the date of this announcement.
The board of directors believes that the acquisition demonstrates Mr. Lei's confidence in the company's future prospects and growth potential, as well as his long-term commitment to the company.
