GUOFUHEE (02582) joins hands with NRSSB of Malaysia to build a new ecosystem for the consumption of green hydrogen in Southeast Asia.

On November 21st, the signing ceremony of the Paka Green Hydrogen Integration Project in Terengganu, Malaysia was successfully held. Jiangsu GUOFUHEE Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GUOFUHEE," 02582) officially signed a contract with Nova RE Suria Sdn Bhd (NRSSB), marking the beginning of deep collaboration between the two companies in the field of hydrogen energy. The signing event brought together diverse cooperation entities such as UAE Bin Zayed International (BZIM) and Nengjian International United Jiangsu Institute. GUOFUHEE and NRSSB will focus on the deep linkage of green hydrogen consumption and jointly promote the landing of the project with the owners and relevant partners, injecting diversified energy into the construction of the green hydrogen industry ecosystem. Located in Terengganu, Malaysia, the project is one of the first large-scale flagship green hydrogen projects in the area. Planned for phased construction, it aligns closely with Malaysia's national energy strategy and the vision of "zero carbon emissions by 2050." It is also a core component of the regional green energy complex. The project will build a 200-megawatt hydrogen production plant, which can produce nearly 30,000 tons of green hydrogen annually at full capacity. It will not only supply local industrial demands in Malaysia but also export to international markets, forming a dual layout of "local consumption + global distribution" with significant scale and positioning advantages in the Malaysian green hydrogen project. In this cooperation, GUOFUHEE will assume the core consumption responsibilities: on one hand, undertaking the distribution of green hydrogen for the project, efficiently transporting green hydrogen to core markets in Southeast Asia and East Asia, and participating in the global consumption network construction of green hydrogen derivatives such as green ammonia and green methanol; on the other hand, providing a full set of equipment technology solutions for the hydrogen transportation phase of the project to solidify the logistics end supports for the entire chain of "production-storage-transportation-utilization." This consumption cooperation also lays a foundation for deeper equipment-side cooperation in the future. As the Chinese company that has been early in laying out the hydrogen energy market in Southeast Asia, GUOFUHEE has previously landed green hydrogen refueling and liquid hydrogen demonstration projects in Singapore and Malaysia. This signing marks the company's transition from "single-point pilot" to a new stage of "large-scale consumption + derivatives expansion + ecological synergy." Leveraging its technology accumulation along the entire industry chain, GUOFUHEE will ensure efficient distribution of green hydrogen and provide key equipment for liquid hydrogen storage and transportation as needed, bridging the "production-storage-transportation-consumption" chain.
