The prospectus for the Hong Kong stock listing submitted by UN International Holdings Limited (referred to as "UN International") on May 23 expired after 6 months and became invalid on November 23.
Anlink International Holdings Limited (referred to as Anlink International) submitted its Hong Kong stock prospectus on May 23, which expired after 6 months on November 23, with Lead Raising Finance being its exclusive sponsor at the time of submission.
According to the previous prospectus, Anlink International is a Hong Kong security service provider with a strong track record of providing quality services for large projects to various clients (including public and private sector clients). As of April 30, 2025, Anlink International had 14 accumulation projects. For the year ended December 31, 2025, it is expected that these projects will generate revenue of not more than HK$176.1 million.
