Despite expecting to generate operating income of approximately HK$10.5 million in the current period (compared to approximately HK$10.4 million in the corresponding period), the projected change from profit to loss is mainly due to the absence of a one-time gain of approximately HK$10.5 million recognized from the sale of a subsidiary in the corresponding period.
