SEVEN ELEMENTS(01660): Resolving highly concentrated equity ownership.

SEVEN ELEMENTS (01660) announced that based on the analysis results up to October 8, 2025 and existing data, the board of directors noted that: (i) the high concentration of equity held by the company at the time on September 26, 2018 no longer exists; (ii) as of October 8, 2025, there is no situation where a small number of shareholders hold a significant amount of company shares. The company has been informed by its major shareholder, Boardwin Resources Limited, that between September 12, 2025 and October 2, 2025, they have sold company shares on the open market. After the sale, Boardwin Resources Limited's equity ownership in the company has decreased from 61.4% to 29.2%.
