PATEO (02889) announced that on November 21, 2025, the seller, Huzhou Chuangsheng Chi Ming Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (a non-wholly owned limited partnership of the company) and the buyer, the Fourth (Wuhu Henghe Third Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise) signed the Equity Transfer Agreement II. According to this agreement, the seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase 0.24% equity of the target company, Avita Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., for a price of 62.44 million RMB. After the completion of this sale, the seller will no longer hold any equity in the target company. The target company is a joint stock limited company established in China on July 10, 2018, primarily engaged in the automotive manufacturing industry. The total sale of 0.91% equity of the target company in this sale, the previous sale, and past sales is mainly based on the following considerations: On the one hand, it aims to lock in existing investment returns, realize timely cash returns on investment, and enhance the company's cash flow; on the other hand, it helps to reduce the uncertainty impact of fluctuations in the fair value of the investment on the company's short-term performance, improve the stability and predictability of financial performance, and focus more on the development of the company's core business and long-term strategic goals.
