CH ENERGY ENG (03996) announced the election of Mr. Ni Zhen as the Chairman of the Board, with a term starting from the date of board approval until the expiration of the third term of the board. According to the work arrangement, Mr. Ni Zhen will no longer serve as the General Manager of the company. The board announced its approval of adjustments to the members of the company's strategic committee as follows: Chairman: Mr. Ni Zhen; Members: Mr. Cheng Niangao, Mr. Si Xinbo. The term of the adjusted members of the strategic committee will start from the date of board approval until the expiration of the third term of the board.
