Dragon King GP (08493) announced that on November 21, 2025, the board received Mr. Zeng Chengfeng's resignation letter. Mr. Zeng resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company in order to dedicate more time to pursuing his other business commitments, effective from November 20, 2025. After Mr. Zeng's resignation as an independent non-executive director, he will no longer serve as the chairman of the board's audit committee, as well as a member of the board's nomination committee and remuneration committee.
