Hebei Changshan Biochemical Pharmaceutical (300255.SZ) announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Gao Shuhua, intends to transfer 46 million shares of the company's unrestricted tradable shares (accounting for 5.0051% of the total share capital of the company) to Chongqing Element Private Equity Securities Investment Fund Management Co. Ltd. (representing "Element Zhiyuanxing Qianli Yihao Private Equity Securities Investment Fund," or "Element Fund") through an agreement transfer at a price of 46.25 yuan per share. After the completion of the agreement transfer, Element Fund will hold 46 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.0051% of the current total share capital of the company, and will become a shareholder with more than 5% of the company.
