("Foshan Zhiqiang"), a supplier of PC display module structural components. The company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Zhiqiang Precision Technology Co., Ltd., signed an agreement on November 21, 2025 with Zhibin International Limited and the target company for the acquisition of 100% equity of Foshan Zhiqiang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. The company plans to obtain 100% equity of the target company by transferring shares using its own funds or self-raised funds amounting to 66.497 million yuan. The announcement stated that Foshan Zhiqiang specializes in the production and sales of PC display module structural components, is deeply tied to a major customer of a certain brand in North America, and has the ability to expand to other customers. Both the company and the target company will benefit from the AIPC's economic cycle.
