GUAN CHAO HLDGS (01872) announced that due to the inability to reach a consensus on audit fees with Moore Stephens Hong Kong CPA Limited for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025, the company has requested Moore Stephens Hong Kong CPA Limited to resign as the company's auditor and has been accepted by Moore Stephens Hong Kong CPA Limited, with effect from November 21, 2025.
The board further announced that, following the recommendation of the audit committee, it has decided to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants Limited (Deloitte) as the company's auditor, with effect from November 21, 2025. This appointment aims to fill the temporary vacancy after the resignation and will remain effective until the end of the company's next annual general meeting.
