China Pacific Insurance (02601) issued an announcement that the company recently held a staff representative conference and elected Ms. Zhou Liyun as the employee director of the tenth board of directors. Her term of office will be from the date when the company approves the "Constitution of CHINA TAIPING Ocean Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd." at the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 and her director qualification is approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission until the expiration of the tenth board of directors.
