On November 21st, MOBVISTA (01860) announced its performance for the three months ending September 30, 2025. The financial report shows that in the third quarter, the overall operating condition of the company was good, with the core business continuing to grow.
According to the financial report, during the reporting period, MOBVISTA achieved revenue of $532 million, an increase of 27.6% year-on-year; gross profit of $111 million, an increase of 26.4% year-on-year; and adjusted EBITDA reached $47.05 million, a significant increase of 37.3% compared to the same period in 2024, indicating a continuous optimization of the core business profitability and cost control levels.
Within the core business segment, MOBVISTA's programmatic platform Mintegral maintained a steady growth trend in related income, providing solid support for the overall performance growth. During the reporting period, Mintegral recorded revenue of $508 million, an increase of 26.2% year-on-year, accounting for approximately 95.5% of the group's total revenue.
Of note is that four intelligent bidding products based on AI and machine learning launched by Mintegral since May 2023 have continuously optimized advertising effectiveness around the core demands of advertisers, gaining widespread recognition. The revenue contribution from the intelligent bidding product system to Mintegral's total revenue has now exceeded 80%, becoming an important driver of business growth.
In terms of business structure, MOBVISTA consistently expands the types of cooperating advertisers, achieving significant breakthroughs in multi-vertical development strategies. The advertising budget structure has been further optimized and the business layout is more balanced. During the reporting period, both gaming and non-gaming categories within the group achieved year-on-year revenue growth. Gaming category revenue reached $384 million, accounting for 75.7% of Mintegral's total revenue, an increase of 30.5% year-on-year. Non-gaming category revenue reached $124 million, an increase of 14.5% year-on-year.
Looking ahead, with the continuous deepening application of AI and machine learning technologies in the field of advertising delivery and the increasing market recognition, MOBVISTA is expected to further consolidate its leading position in the programmatic advertising field and continue to drive high-quality development of the company's performance.
