CNEWECON FUND (00080): Lyu Zhuoheng appointed as executive director

CNEWECON FUND (00080) has announced that as of November 21, 2025, Mr. L Zhuoheng has been appointed as an executive director, authorized representative, and legal process agent; Professor Li Jin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee respectively; Dr. Zhu Haokang has resigned as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee respectively; and Mr. Hong Yupeng no longer serves as an authorized representative and legal process agent.
