HAIXI PHARMA (02637) announces that Ms. Chen Xiaolin has resigned as (i) Joint Company Secretary of the Company; (ii) Company authorized representative as defined under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; (iii) Company authorized representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and (iv) Company authorized person to accept legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong as specified under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, with effect from November 21, 2025. Ms. Lam Wai Yi has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent of the Company, with effect from November 21, 2025.
