Gosuncn Technology Group (300098.SZ) announced that its subsidiary, Gosuncn Technology Group Chuanglian Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chuanglian Technology"), has been listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) Innovation Layer for small and medium-sized enterprises. On November 21, 2025, Chuanglian Technology signed a "Guidance Agreement" with Shenwan Hongyuan Group Securities Underwriting Sponsor Co., Ltd., with plans to issue shares to qualified investors and list on the Beijing Stock Exchange. Shenwan Hongyuan Group will serve as the underwriting sponsor as their guiding institution. Chuanglian Technology is planning to submit the materials for issuing shares to qualified investors and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange to the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as the "Zhejiang CSRC") in the near future.
