This partnership will include collaborative development, clinical trials, registration, sales, and distribution. The term of the memorandum of understanding is two years from the signing date. The announcement stated that by leveraging the complementary strengths of MIRXES and Walvax, this collaboration will create synergies, combining MIRXES' advanced RNA diagnostic technology, proprietary disease RNA databases focusing on Asia, production and regulatory capabilities in ASEAN (including the region's first industrial 4.0 nucleic acid testing and reagent production base, and local distribution channels in ASEAN) with Walvax's proprietary mRNA vaccine technology, strong clinical pipeline, and top-notch vaccine and therapeutic drug production infrastructure, to create a collaborative prevention and precision medical platform covering research and commercial deployment.
