CAOCAO INC (02643) announcement, for further development, Mr. Zhong Xueyin (Mr. Zhong) has resigned as the joint company secretary of the company; and Mr. Wu Dongcheng (Mr. Wu) has resigned as the joint company secretary of the company; the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Listing Rules); and the representative for receiving legal process documents and notifications of the company in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Legal Process Agent), effective from November 20, 2025.
The Board further announces that after the resignation of Mr. Zhong and Mr. Wu, Mr. Liu Junxian (Mr. Liu) has been appointed as the joint company secretary of the company, and Ms. Tan Yongzi (Ms. Tan) has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative of the company, and Legal Process Agent of the company, effective from November 20, 2025.
