IMMUNEONCO-B (01541) Announcement: The company has notified Huatai Financial on November 20, 2025, to redeem Huatai redemption products for HK$49.6033 million (first redemption) and HK$43.72 million (second redemption) in cash, representing all Huatai redemption products held at that time, with estimated profits of approximately HK$3.46 million and HK$1.27 million respectively (referred to as the redemption transactions) (i.e. the interest income generated by the redemption transactions). After the redemption transactions, the group will no longer hold any Huatai Financial wealth management products that have not yet matured. In addition, on November 20, 2025, the company agreed to subscribe for wealth management products from Huatai Financial for HK$120 million (Huatai subscription products) (subscription transaction), funded by the internal surplus cash reserves of the group.
