UBOX ONLINE (02429) signed a Trusted Asset Management Platform Service Agreement with Ant Double Chain Technology.

UBOX ONLINE (02429) Announcement: On November 20, 2025 (after trading hours), the Group entered into a Trusted Asset Management Platform Service Agreement with Ant Double Chain Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Ant Double Chain Technology). Under this agreement, Ant Double Chain Technology agrees to provide services to the Group on the Ant Financial Trusted Asset Management Platform, either independently or together with its affiliates and/or suppliers, including supplying trusted on-chain software development kit (SDK) products and related services and infrastructure services. The contract term is two years, starting from the date of delivery or provision of the aforementioned products and/or services to the Group. During the term of the Trusted Asset Management Platform Service Agreement, Ant Double Chain Technology will grant the Group a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-resellable, and indivisible license to use the trusted on-chain SDK product in China. Ant Double Chain Technology will customize on-chain SDK products based on the Group's business scenarios and provide the Group with device-side SDK kits with blockchain data recording capabilities for installation on vending machines. Ant Double Chain Technology is mainly engaged in the development, design, manufacturing, and sales of computer software, as well as research and development of network technology and multimedia technology. The Group's main business involves selling fast-moving consumer goods through a large network of UBOX vending machines across mainland China, supported by a data-driven operational system. Signing the Trusted Asset Management Platform Service Agreement allows the Group to put vending machine data on-chain to provide trusted data support for future implementation of franchisee incentive programs.
