China Longyuan Power Group Corporation (00916) announced that the company has completed the issuance of commercial paper on November 19, 2025. The total amount of this commercial paper issuance is 2 billion yuan, with a term of 180 days, a face value of 100 yuan, and an interest rate of 1.56%. Interest will start to accrue from November 20, 2025. The funds raised from this commercial paper issuance are intended for supplementing daily working capital and repaying interest-bearing debts of the issuer and its subsidiaries.
