China South Publishing & Media Group (601098.SH) announced that in order to continue promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional center stores towards standardization, informatization, and new business formats, and further strengthening the functional positioning of cultural service windows, as well as enhancing core competitiveness and sustainable operating capabilities, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinhua Bookstore, and its branches and subsidiaries plan to use 48 million yuan of raised funds to implement this project. The core implementation content includes the reconstruction of internal functional zoning, upgrading of internal space decoration, and renovation of the building facade.
