On November 20th, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce announced the results of the competitive evaluation of pilot cities for new consumption formats, models, and scenes. The list includes a total of 50 cities, including 4 municipalities directly under the central government, namely Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Chongqing; 5 planned single-city districts, including Dalian, Ningbo, Xiamen, Qingdao, and Shenzhen; and 41 other cities, including Tangshan, Baoding, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Shenyang, Changchun, Harbin, and so on.

Announcement of the Results of Competitive Evaluation of Pilot Cities for New Consumption Formats, Models, and Scenes
In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce on Carrying out Pilot Projects for New Consumption Formats, Models, and Scenes", the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance have organized competitive evaluations of 75 cities recommended by provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, and planned single-city districts). The list of proposed pilot cities for new consumption formats, models, and scenes is now publicized (see attached) for public notice from November 20th to November 28th. During the public notice period, if there are any objections to the list, please provide written feedback (with real names or official seals of units) to the Department of Trade in Services of the Ministry of Commerce and the Department of Economic Development of the Ministry of Finance. Any objections received after the deadline will be deemed invalid.
