Beijing Urban Construction Investment & Development (600266.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Urban Construction Xingrui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., has won the bid for the land development project of Qiniandajie Road West Urban Renewal Project 4, 5 in Dongcheng District of Beijing at a price of 2.028 billion yuan. The land is located within the South Second Ring Road of Dongcheng District, with a total land area of 22,756.72 square meters and an above-ground construction scale of 25,000 square meters. The land is for multi-functional use and is state-owned construction land use rights.
