BLACK SESAME (02533) and Zhicheng Zhiyuan signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

BLACK SESAME (02533) announced that on November 18, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary BLACK SESAME Technology Limited entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Zhichi Zhiyuan Holdings Limited (Zhichi Zhiyuan). Both parties will focus on cooperation in the application of optical communication technology in automobiles and intelligent terminal devices, automotive auxiliary driving, advanced packaging technology, and industrial chain capital. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the two parties will focus on the following areas of cooperation: (i) jointly promote the application of optical communication modules in the automotive and intelligent terminal fields, jointly develop optical-electronic co-packaging application scenarios for the next generation of in-vehicle central computing platforms; (ii) based on the Group's existing automotive-grade auxiliary driving chips, jointly develop auxiliary driving domain controllers applicable to passenger and commercial vehicles, covering multiple application scenarios from L2 and above levels, and jointly promote mass production at original equipment manufacturers; (iii) combine the Group's chip products with Zhichi Zhiyuan and its group's diversified industrial production capabilities to jointly develop AI industrial Siasun Robot & Automation solutions applicable to various industrial production scenarios; and (iv) jointly promote capital-level cooperation around automotive and intelligent terminal application scenarios and upstream and downstream industrial chains, and jointly promote the improvement of industry application standards. Through the strategic cooperation with Zhichi Zhiyuan, both the company and Zhichi Zhiyuan will not only continue to launch high-performance product solutions in the L2 and above auxiliary driving market to gain a higher market share, but also jointly explore cutting-edge fields such as intelligent terminals and next-generation in-vehicle optical communication. Both companies will jointly promote the application and iteration of optical communication technology in the fields of auxiliary driving and intelligent terminals, jointly layout next-generation in-vehicle optical-electronic co-packaging products and solutions to meet the diverse needs of future scenarios with lower latency, larger data transfer, and richer scenes, thereby enhancing transmission rates and timeliness. This cooperation will not only accelerate the commercialization of the core technologies of the Group, opening up new growth opportunities for the company, but also collaborate with the leader in optical communication modules to deploy forward-looking technologies to meet future scenario demands.
