CDB LEASING (01606) announced that on November 18, 2025, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC (CDBALF), and the principal (seller) have entered into a sale and purchase agreement with United Airlines, Inc. (buyer). The seller has agreed to sell one 787-9 aircraft (the transaction) to the buyer or its appointee by direct sale of the aircraft itself or by selling all beneficial interests in the trust established for the aircraft.
