Announcement of BRAINAURORA-B (06681): Mr. Li Yuezhong has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other work and personal commitments, effective from November 18, 2025. He will also no longer serve as the chairperson of the remuneration committee, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the nomination committee. Effective from November 18, 2025, Mr. Tu Lei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairperson of the remuneration committee, member of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee. Ms. Li Mingqiu and Mr. Lin Xiaobo have been appointed as members of the nomination committee.
