Formal agreement has been signed between Yu Zhi Nong (00875) and Inner Mongolia Eight-Arm Intelligent Technology Limited Company regarding the strategic upgrade of the agricultural technology platform with "AI + low-altitude economy" and the value-added data elements cooperation framework.
On November 15th, under the witness of Wang Yajun, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Chifeng City, and Zhang Hongfeng, Director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Hongshan District, CONGYU INTE AGR (00875) officially signed a cooperation framework agreement with Inner Mongolia Bazhu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. on the strategic upgrade of "AI + low-altitude economy" empowering agricultural technology platform and the valorization of data elements. This cooperation marks a substantial step for both parties in the field of Jiangsu Nonghua Intelligent Agriculture Technology, aiming to reshape traditional agricultural production methods and initiate a new chapter in agricultural modernization through cutting-edge technology. Party B, Inner Mongolia Bazhu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., is a hard technology enterprise with revolutionary unmanned driving laser weeding technology, possessing complete independent core intellectual property rights in the fields of machine vision, AI big models, and high-precision laser control. According to the agreement, the two parties will strategically empower CONGYU INTE AGR's existing agricultural operating system around the deep integration of "AI-driven" and "low-altitude economy." The core goal is to jointly build a leading domestic Jiangsu Nonghua Intelligent Agriculture Technology platform, reshaping traditional agricultural production methods through technological innovation and valorization of data elements, strengthening ESG practices, and ultimately achieving a synchronous improvement in the company's intrinsic value and capital market valuation. The agreement specifies three core areas of cooperation: 1. Jointly build demonstration parks to set industry benchmarks: The unmanned driving laser weeding technology Siasun Robot & Automation by Bazhu Intelligent will be first applied on a commercial scale in CONGYU INTE AGR's high-standard farmland, vegetable base for supplying Hong Kong, and medicinal herb plantation. The two parties will work together to create an "Agricultural Low-Altitude Economy and AI Technology Demonstration Park," making it a comprehensive display window and SaaS operational benchmark for the industry, capital, and government. 2. Collaborate on technological breakthroughs to build an innovation engine: The two parties will jointly establish the "Jiangsu Nonghua Intelligent Agriculture Technology AI Algorithm Joint Laboratory," focusing on tackling the challenges of perception and decision-making of agricultural vision big models in complex field environments, and actively applying for national and local major science and technology projects. 3. Collaborate on creating data assets for future value: The plant-level growth data, field environment data, high-precision weed map, and other "agricultural data assets" generated in the cooperation will be jointly owned by both parties. These scarce digital assets will be considered as core strategic resources participating in the future data element market, contributing to the digital asset reserves of listed companies.
