INT'L ENT (01009) announced that on November 17, 2025, the company plans to issue convertible notes to DigiPlus Interactive Corp. with a total amount of up to HK$1.6 billion, with an annual interest rate of 3%. The initial conversion price is HK$1.00 per share, representing a discount of approximately 16.67% from the closing price of HK$1.20 per share reported by the Stock Exchange on the subscription agreement date. After the notes are fully converted at the initial conversion price, the company will issue a total of 1.6 billion shares, equivalent to approximately 53.89% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following the issue and distribution of the convertible shares (assuming no change in the issued share capital of the company from the subscription agreement date to the conversion period of the notes).
