Shenzhen New Nanshan Holding (002314.SZ) announced that the company's holding subsidiary, Baowan Logistics Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Baowan Logistics"), as a limited partner, recently signed a "CMB Baowan Shunde (Foshan) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Agreement" with general partner China Merchants Zhiyuan Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhiyuan Capital") and limited partner Shenzhen Guaranty Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Guaranty"). They jointly invested in setting up CMB Baowan Shunde (Foshan) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), with Baowan Logistics subscribing for a capital of 153 million yuan, of which an initial payment of 10 million yuan was made. The partnership enterprise will mainly invest in companies holding infrastructure project assets, generate returns through the operation of investment projects, and achieve investment returns.
