Announcement of Chaozhou Three-Circle (Group) (300408.SZ): The Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of the company have deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Company's Hiring of an Audit Institution for the H-share Issuance and Listing", agreeing to hire Ernst & Young (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited ("Ernst & Young Hong Kong") as the audit institution for the company's H-share issuance and listing, as well as the reporting accountant, and proposing that the shareholders' meeting authorize the Board of Directors and/or authorized individuals of the Board of Directors to negotiate and determine the hiring arrangements with them. This proposal is still subject to the approval of the company's shareholders' meeting.
