Air China Limited (00753) announced that in October 2025, the group's passenger traffic volume (measured by revenue passenger kilometers) increased year-on-year. Passenger capacity (measured by available seat kilometers) increased by 4.3% year-on-year, and passenger traffic volume increased by 8.7%. Domestic passenger capacity increased by 3.2% year-on-year, with passenger traffic volume increasing by 5.5%; international passenger capacity increased by 7.5% year-on-year, with passenger traffic volume increasing by 17.6%; regional passenger capacity increased by 0.6% year-on-year, with passenger traffic volume increasing by 7.7%. The average passenger load factor was 85.3%, an increase of 3.4 percentage points year-on-year. Domestic routes saw an increase of 2.0 percentage points, international routes increased by 7.0 percentage points, and regional routes increased by 5.0 percentage points. In terms of cargo, cargo capacity (measured by available freight ton kilometers) decreased by 0.9% year-on-year, while cargo and mail traffic volume (measured by revenue freight ton kilometers) increased by 3.1% year-on-year. The cargo load factor was 38.9%, an increase of 1.5 percentage points year-on-year. Starting from October 26, 2025, Air China added new routes including Hangzhou-Hanoi (four times a week), Beijing Capital-Panzhihua (four times a week), Beijing Capital-Xishuangbanna (seven times a week), Hangzhou-Zhuhai (seven times a week), Chengdu Tianfu-Wuhan-Quzhou (seven times a week), Hohhot-Yinchuan-Chengdu Tianfu (seven times a week), and Hangzhou-Hohhot-Ulanhot (seven times a week). In October 2025, the group introduced 4 A320 series aircraft and 1 B737 series aircraft, while retiring 1 A330 series aircraft and 1 A320 series aircraft. As of the end of October 2025, the group operated a total of 949 aircraft, including 417 owned aircraft, 238 aircraft under financing lease, and 294 aircraft under operating lease.
