USPACE TECH (01725) announced that on November 14, 2025, the company entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Qingyuan Qingtou Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (partner) regarding the establishment of a RMB 4 billion industrial M&A investment fund and related industry cooperation. The Board believes that the cooperation framework agreement and the establishment of the fund (if implemented) are expected to enrich the company's existing business and enable the company to enter other high-tech industries in China, thereby generating synergies with its current business.
