IH RETAIL (01373) announced that on November 17, 2025, the board of directors decided to grant a total of 428,000 shares of incentive shares to the grantee under the share incentive plan free of charge, subject to acceptance by the grantee. The incentive shares granted to each grantee will be vested on an annual basis over a period of two years starting from the date of the grant.
