CH SUPPLY CHAIN (03708) announces that the company is currently in talks with Shenzhen Huaqiang Industry Cloud Industry Park Management Co., Ltd. regarding the leasing of office space located in Shenzhen Huaqiang Industry Cloud Industry Park in China. If the leasing agreement is reached, the Group will establish its mainland China headquarters. The establishment of the mainland China headquarters is an important strategic move for the Group to deepen its business and expand its operating capabilities in one of the world's most dynamic economic regions. The office space will be used for the following main functions: (1) Supply Chain Management: Centralize and strengthen the management of end-to-end supply chain operations of the Group, improve efficiency, control costs, and strengthen collaboration with partners in mainland China; (2) Incubation Center: Serve as an exclusive space for nurturing innovation projects, strategic partnerships, and new businesses, leveraging the vibrant ecosystem in Shenzhen; and (3) Technology Research and Development: Establish a core R&D center to drive long-term innovation and technological competitiveness for the Group. The Board of Directors believes that consolidating these key functions in Shenzhen, a global hub for technology innovation, will significantly enhance the Group's market position, accelerate its growth, and create sustainable long-term value for shareholders.
