DaTang HuaYin Electric Power (600744.SH) has announced the plan to issue A shares to specific investors in 2025. The issuance will be limited to a maximum of 35 specific investors, with a total expected fundraising amount of no more than 1.5 billion yuan (including the principal). After deducting issuance expenses, the funds raised will be used for the following projects: Guidong PuLuo Wind Power Project, Guiyang Tuanjie Wind Power Project, Tongdao Jinkeng Wind Power Project, Zhijiang Biyong Dashu'ao Wind Power Project, and for additional working capital.

Chengdu Sino-Microelectronics Tech (688709.SH) plans to reduce the holdings of the four major shareholders by a total of no more than 2.8576% of the shares.
