Shuifa Gas Co., Ltd. (603318.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shuifa New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shuifa New Energy"), intends to publicly list transfer 100% equity and all debts of its wholly-owned subsidiary Yichuan Shuifa Gas Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yichuan Shuifa"). The base price for the 100% equity of Yichuan Shuifa is set at 4.3729 million yuan, and the base price for all debts of Yichuan Shuifa is set at 30.9569 million yuan, with a total base price not less than 35.3298 million yuan. This transaction is aimed at adjusting and optimizing the company's industrial structure, integrating corporate resources, reducing management costs, and improving asset operation efficiency and quality.
