HK Stock Market Move | DOBOT (02432) falls more than 7% again, the company completes another share placement. The two placements have raised a total of approximately 1.8 billion Hong Kong dollars.
Yuejian (02432) fell more than 7% again, as of press time, down 5.32% to HK$39.54, with a turnover of HK$1.2 billion.
DOBOT (02432) fell by more than 7%, dropping by 5.32% as of the latest report to 39.54 Hong Kong dollars, with a trading volume of 1.2 billion Hong Kong dollars.
On the news front, DOBOT previously announced a private placement of 16.66 million new H shares at HK$46.8 per share, expected to raise net proceeds of HK$771 million. The placement was completed on November 13. It is reported that this is the company's second equity financing in four months after raising approximately HK$1.022 billion in July this year, raising a total of about HK$1.8 billion.
Of note, on November 11, DOBOT Siasun Robot & Automation announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with listed company Shenzhen Sunway Communication, with both parties to engage in comprehensive cooperation in the fields of intelligent robotics, high-performance cooperative robotics, and others. Recognizing DOBOT's product technology strength and service capabilities, Shenzhen Sunway Communication will actively select and purchase DOBOT's Siasun Robot & Automation products and system solutions in its intelligent manufacturing upgrade.
