ZGC TEC LEASING (01601) announcement, on November 14, 2025, the company as the lessor entered into a financing lease agreement V with lessee Beijing Yilong Hengye Petroleum Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., under which (i) the lessor will purchase leased asset V from the lessee at a transfer price of RMB 12 million; and (ii) the lessor will lease back asset V to the lessee for a lease term of 36 months, with a total lease payment of approximately RMB 13.2513 million, including financing lease principal of RMB 12 million and financing lease interest income (including VAT) of approximately RMB 1.2513 million.
Leased asset V is oil and gas service operation equipment, with a net book value of approximately RMB 12.022 million.
The company's main business is to provide financing lease and consulting services to customers. Entering into financing lease agreements is part of the company's daily and general operations, and is expected to bring stable income and cash flow to the company.
