MicroPort Neuro (02172) announced that Dr. Chang Zhaohua (Dr. Chang) resigned as a non-executive director and chairman of the board due to the need to dedicate more time to other business. Mr. Sun Qingwei (Mr. Sun) also resigned as a non-executive director for the same reason. Dr. Zhang Jie (Dr. Zhang) has been appointed as a non-executive director and chairman of the board. Mr. Liu Xudong (Mr. Liu) has been appointed as a non-executive director.
