Zhenro Services (06958) intends to appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng as the new auditor.

ZHENRO SERVICES (06958) announces that Ernst & Young (EY) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from the date of this announcement. Due to the inability to reach an agreement on proposed audit fees for EY for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, and considering a more competitive proposal from another suitable professional accounting firm, the Board's Audit Committee and the Board have decided not to continue engaging EY to provide audit services for the year ending December 31, 2025. The Board further announces that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has resolved to appoint Zhengzheng Tianheng CPA Limited (Zhengzheng Tianheng) as the new auditor of the company, effective from the date of this announcement, to fill the temporary vacancy left by EY's resignation. In accordance with the amended and restated Bylaws of the company, the term of appointment will last until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
