Guotai Haitong (02611) announced that the board of directors of Guotai Haitong Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the written resignation report from Mr. Luo Dongyuan, vice president of the Company. Mr. Luo Dongyuan applied to resign from his position as vice president of the Company due to work-related reasons. According to the Company's Articles of Association and relevant laws and regulations, the resignation will take effect from the date the resignation report is delivered to the board of directors.
