PHOENITRON HOLD (08066) announced that on November 14, 2025, it signed a technology development agreement with Dongchuang (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), Cyberspace Wonderland (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), and Hangzhou Tiankui Sheng. Dongchuang and Cyberspace Wonderland have both hired Hangzhou Tiankui Sheng to develop a platform at a cost of 14.52 million yuan. Under the technology development agreement, Hangzhou Tiankui Sheng was hired by Dongchuang and Cyberspace Wonderland to develop a customized platform using artificial intelligence for voice data collection, processing, and training. The target users for this platform are not less than 2000 people, with a system response time of no more than 50 microseconds and a voice recognition accuracy of not less than 98.7%. As disclosed in the Company's interim report for the six months ended June 30, 2025, Cyberspace Wonderland's strategic goal is to establish a global leading emotional annotation voice training database to establish a dominant position as a global pioneer. This innovation aims to ensure that the development can detect and respond to human emotion in voice recognition agents, significantly enhancing user experience and practicality in real-time interaction. By pioneering such emotional annotation databases, Cyberspace Wonderland aims to solidify its leading position in the highly competitive field of artificial intelligence voice technology, creating long-term value for the Company through technological differentiation and market leadership. As of the date of this announcement, Cyberspace Wonderland has developed proprietary voice algorithm technology and is currently applying for national invention patents. To enhance Cyberspace Wonderland's training data capabilities and leverage the synergies with Dongchuang's operation of the comprehensive entertainment digital ecosystem member e-commerce platform, the Board of Directors believes that a comprehensive artificial intelligence technology platform covering the entire chain of data collection to algorithm application will enhance the Group's ability to provide artificial intelligence voice technology data services.
